Mexico Reaches Out to Trump for Curb on Immigrants & Drugs

New Delhi, November 28: For past two months, Ministry of External Affairs has issued routine statements on cases of assaults on Hindus in Bangladesh. Muhammed Yunus-led regime in Bangladesh has made it clear that Dhaka is least interested in New Delhi’s counselling.

A batch of new recruits in the ruling dispensation in Bangladesh is leaving for China. The entourage consists of the participants who led the violent agitation against the Sheikh Hasina-led government.

The Bangladeshi radicals are flying to Beijing amid daily parade in cities which are led by Mullahs where slogans are raised against Hindus. The videos doing the rounds on the internet suggest that the rampaging mobs in Bangladesh are raising open threats to the Hindus.

The Congress unit in West Bengal held demonstrations in Kolkata yesterday to press for an assertive response from India against assaults on Hindus. The Congress leaders – Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra – have expressed outrage over the arrest of the Hindu priest Chinmoy Krishna Das. The BJP also in some voices has called for trade blockade.

The turn of events in Bangladesh in the last two months should leave none in doubt that the ‘Jaishankar Doctrine’ is collapsing. The ‘Jaishankar Doctrine’, not spelt out by the Union Minister of External Affairs Subrahmanyam Jaishankar in literal sense, essentially means leaving events of the day to the fate so that time on own course takes care of the challenges.

This course worked with Sri Lanka, Maldives, and China in limited senses. Jaishankar believes that Bangladesh will also see light of the day eventually.

By the time Bangladesh sees light of the day, the Hindus would have been slayed by the blood thirsty radicals in Bangladesh who evidently are executing Pakistan’s tested script in the Kashmir valley for ethnic cleansing.

US President-elect Donald Trump on Wednesday spoke to the newly-elected Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo. She promised Trump to stop illegal migrants entering into the US. Also, the first Jewish President of Mexico promised to stop drugs entering into the US from her country.

Pardo made the promises to Trump weeks ahead of the Republican taking charge of the US. Trump quantified tariff that his administration would be imposing on Mexico.

Trump’s spoken words during electioneering had actually been executed through actions in his presidency. The US-China trade war dates back to 2017 when Trump began tariff measures against Chinese imports.

Adani Power Godda is pleading for payments of $700 in dues from Dhaka for supplying electricity. Indian power grid transmits electricity sourced from Nepal to Bangladesh. Besides, trucks cross over to Bangladesh with essentials.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi may ask Jaishankar to study Trump and take lessons to tame radicals in Bangladesh before situations deteriorate to level that demands in India will be raised for another ‘Mukti Wahini’ to protect the Hindus.
