NEW DELHI, May 13, 2025 – Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday asked the world to move forward along with India against terrorism. The Prime Minister addressed the personnel of the Indian Air Force at the Adampur airbase to send key messages to the world community.

“For India, terrorists and their sponsors are same. We make no difference between them. The world should move forward with this perception,” said Modi. The Prime Minister spoke with S-400 air defence system in the background to give a strong rebuttal to claims of Pakistan of attacks on India’s airbases.

“This is New India. We want peace. But if terrorist strikes at humanity, then we know how to reduce are enemies to soil,” said Modi. The Prime Minister’s speech on Tuesday was keenly watched out for messages to the world community.

In a stern message to Pakistan, Modi said: “The only outcome to look at India with evil intention will be destruction. The only outcome of bloodletting of innocents in India will destruction and apocalypse.”

The IAF personnel raised slogans of ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’ on a regular interval during the speech of the Prime Minister. They also raised feverish cries of ‘Vande Mataram’ after Modi finished his speech.

The Prime Minister also stated that Operation Sindoor was no “ordinary military action”. “Operation Sindoor is the confluence of India’s policy, intention, and decisive capability,” added the Prime Minister. Modi made strong pitch on the indigenous military technology capability which was exhibited during the Operation Sindoor.

India launched Operation Sindoor in response to the Pahalgam terror attack on April 22. Terrorists linked to The Resistance Force (TRF), affiliated to Lashker-e-Tayyaba (LeT), killed 26 civilians by identifying them as non-Muslims. The killed civilians were tourists, who visited Jammu and Kashmir.

The Prime Minister in his address to the nation last evening had ruled out talks with Pakistan. Modi asserted that the only talk possible with Pakistan is on the Pakistan-Occupied-Kashmir. The Indian parliament in 1994 adopted a resolution to take back PoK from Pakistan.

The Prime Minister’s two speeches in the last 20 hours have also been seen as India’s message to US President Donald Trump, who claimed that he mediated for ceasefire between India and Pakistan. India has stated that the ceasefire was approved by the Director General of Military Operations (DGMOs) of the two nations directly.

The Opposition is attacking the Prime Minister for Trump’s claims that he brokered the ceasefire between India and Pakistan. The Opposition is demanding a special session of parliament to discuss the Pahalgam terror attack and subsequent conflicts with Pakistan.
