The debut solo album of already acclaimed rapper and dancer Jung Kook is releasing worldwide tomorrow. ‘Golden’ with 11 songs will be the first solo performance of the Korean star, who has 2.42 million followers on his YouTube Channel. The Korean rapper has released a teaser of the album, with glimpses of the 11 songs that form part of his solo debut effort.

“One of the most loved South Korean celebrities, Jungkook is the lead vocalist, dancer and rapper of the extremely popular South Korean musical band BTS. The charismatic and talented artist joined BTS in 2013 and has since then entertained audience with his songs, videos and live performances. Jungkook has also done solo projects and appeared in many TV shows,” The Famous People describes the rapper.

In an interview to Rolling Stone in 2021, Jung Kook had explained the reasons for Golden label given to him by the fans. “You can only improve in a certain area when you really practice, when you really try, when you deep-dive into it,” he shared, addressing the “golden” label that has been applied to him because of his skillset across mediums. “So I really don’t want to think myself as an all-rounder. I just want to keep trying and working hard. And of course I do feel pressure, but those pressures can also drag me to work hard and do best at what I do,” he had told the Rolling Stone. Incidentally, his debut solo album is also called ‘Golden’.
