Maharashtra Munches Mumbai Thriller Hours Before Voting in Assembly Polls

New Delhi, November 20: At least two FIRs set the stage for the people to queue up to cast their votes in the Maharashtra Assembly elections on Wednesday. The people with all enthusiasm began voting for the crucial Maharashtra elections with spotlight on celebrities in Mumbai.
The Mumbai film world appears to have shaped the political contours of Maharashtra. The Opposition pumped several goals in the net of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday afternoon.
The BJP returned late in the evening to shoot goals in the net of the Nationalist Congress Party (Sharad Chandra). The BJP stared at the Opposition goals with party’s key election manager Vinod Tawade filmed with people waving wades of ₹500 notes to him.
The saffron outfit released clip late Tuesday evening to allege a purported conversation between the Lok Sabha MP Surpriya Sule of the NCP (Sharad Chandra) with Gaurav Mehta of an audit firm. The BJP alleged that Sule in the clip asked Mehta to encash Bitcoins for the elections.

Tawade was in a hotel in the Thane district. Bahujan Samaj Aghadi workers apparently ambushed him. “Where is the CCTV footage? ₹5 crores will certainly be carried in a pocket. Where is the footage of a big bag full of cash,” Sudhanshu Trivedi, the BJP Rajya Sabha MP, demanded to know.
The Election Commission by Tuesday afternoon slapped an FIR against Tawade for “model code violations”. Sule also filed an FIR for maligning her image while disowning the audio clip purportedly lifted from Signal, an encrypted voice messaging App.
The Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Rout decoded conspiracy behind Tawade going viral in a video. “Tawade is a seasoned politician. His main task is election management. He has an OBC background and the Home Ministry in Mumbai must have been tracking his movements,” said Rout.
Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis helms the Maharashtra Home Ministry. Rout sought with mischievous wink that the Tawade viral video may have been the fallout of internal political rifts within the BJP.
Tawade has previously been a Maharashtra minister. He has steadily risen in the ranks of the BJP. He is also in-charge for Bihar. His election management skills were hailed during the Lok Sabha elections in Bihar.

The two FIRs capped a high-voltage campaign in Maharashtra Assembly elections. The Opposition went all guns blazing against the BJP for alleged non-procurement of Soybean at the Minimum Support Price.
The BJP rushed Union Minister for Agriculture Shivraj Singh Chouhan to appease the restive farmers. Chouhan claims often that he is son-in-law of Maharashtra.
