Amit Shah Builds Congress Counter Poll Template
Naib Singh Saini To Take Oath As CM Of Haryana Tomorrow

New Delhi, October 16: On the watch of the Union Minister for Home Affairs Amit Shah, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislatures on Wednesday in Haryana elected Naib Singh Saini as leader. Saini will take oath of the office of the chief minister of Haryana tomorrow.
The BJP is brimming with a new josh after the Haryana Assembly poll victory. The BJP leaders claim that the party snatched a win from the jaw of a certain defeat.
Shah was the architect of the BJP poll campaign in Haryana. On Wednesday, Shah asserted that the Opposition had been fanning misgivings on farmers’ issues and also about Agniveers.

The Congress had built the poll narrative on the twin plank of alleged farmers’ distress and Agniveers deprived of pension and other benefits. “There is no other state than Haryana where farmers get minimum support prices for as many as 24 crops,” said Shah after Saini was elected leader of the legislative party in Haryana.
The Congress had hit the campaign trails hard with promise to give a statutory cover to the MSP. Shah had asked leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi to spell out full form of MSP.
Raising a counter poll template against the Congress, Shah in his campaigns had reminded the people of ₹2 compensation paid to the farmers for the loss of crops during the tenure of former state chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda. With his combative campaigning, Shah questioned the track record of the Congress-led government on farmers’ key demands.

“Each of the Agniveers will get a job in Haryana with pension. The Agniveer scheme aims to make the army young,” said Shah on Wednesday.
The BJP’s principal poll strategist is testing the Congress’ ability to argue the issues of the farmers’ and Agniveer in the campaign trails of the upcoming elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand. Shah is aware that the Congress-led Opposition bloc, the Indian National Developmental and Inclusive Alliance (INDIA), will once more spotlight the issue of farmers and Agniveers in Jharkhand and Maharashtra.
The incumbent Jharkhand Chief Minister, Hemant Soren, is already campaigning hard on issues concerning Agniveers. With Haryana poll victory in the party kitty, Shah will further test the ability of the Opposition to canvas in the elections on Agniveer.
The Election Commission yesterday announced the poll dates for Jharkhand and Maharashtra Assembly elections. The verdict for the two states will come on November 23.
